"Today it is unclear where to turn to ordinary citizens and farmers to protect themselves from land loss. Who and how exactly will protect their rights and restore justice?" Olena Kondratiuk said.
The Deputy Speaker of the Parliament offered to hear Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal on this issue during the Hour of Questions to the Government.
According to the results of the Conciliation Council, it was decided that the relevant Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Roman Leshchenko will report on issues on the launch of the land market on Friday. MPs will also have the opportunity to ask relevant questions to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal.
The Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada is concerned that instead of selling the land, Ukrainian farmers risk to be fraud and will not be able to protect their right to land from raiding and lawlessness.
