The Committee on Youth and Sports proposes to adopt as a basis and in general the draft law on the National Anti-Doping Laboratory

The Committee on Youth and Sports considered the draft law No. 5640 on the National Anti-Doping Laboratory

The bill provides, in particular:

- establishment of a central body of executive power, which ensures the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of physical culture and sports, the state institution "National Anti-Doping Laboratory";

- definition of the main tasks of the National Anti-Doping Laboratory;

- determination of the order of formation and activity of the Supervisory Board of the National Anti-Doping Laboratory.

The Committee decided to recommend to the Verkhovna Rada, based on the results of the first reading, to adopt the draft Law (No. 5640), as a basis and in general, taking into account the proposals of the Committee.
