Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 5156 on stimulate the de-shadowing of incomes and increase the tax culture of citizens by introducing voluntary declaration and payment of a one-time fee to the budget.

The purpose of the draft law is to ensure the desired result of a one-time (special) voluntary declaration of assets, provided for by amendments to the Tax Code to stimulate the de-shadowing of incomes and increase the tax culture of citizens through the introduction of voluntary declaration of assets and payment of a one-time fee to the budget. The draft law proposes to amend the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code.
