Adopted the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning Certain Issues of Dimensional and Weight Control"

The law increases the responsibility of road carriers for exceeding the statutory weight norms. The law stipulates the possibility of recording violations related to the lack of documents (permits) to agree on the conditions and modes of transportation in case of exceeding the weight or dimensional restrictions or a document on payment for heavy (large) vehicles automatically, and the powers of the central body of executive power, which ensures the implementation of state policy on land transport safety in order to recover in court tolls for vehicles and other self-propelled machines and mechanisms, weight or dimensional parameters which exceed normative, during implementation of dimensional and weight control.
