Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 5309 “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Public Procurement’ and other Laws on improving the system of appeals against public procurement”.

The law “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Public Procurement’ and other Laws on improving the system of appeals against public procurement” proposes to amend the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Public Procurement” in order to improve and clarify certain provisions of the act, as well as to solve practical problems that have arisen during its application.
