Adopted as a basis the draft law "On Amendments to Section X 'Final and Transitional Provisions' of the Law of Ukraine 'On Public Procurement' to ensure the possibility of procurement of medicines under managed access contracts"

Adopted as a basis the draft law No. 4662 "On Amendments to Section X 'Final and Transitional Provisions' of the Law of Ukraine 'On Public Procurement' to ensure the possibility of procurement of medicines under managed access contracts".

The draft law is aimed at improving patients' access to original medicines and innovative medical technologies at the expense of budget funds using the procedures of managed access agreements.

The draft law proposes to temporarily, until December 31, 2023, not to extend the Law "On Public Procurement" to the purchase of original (innovative) drugs to be purchased under managed access agreements.
