Ukraine, which is also suffering from the armed conflict unleashed by the Russian Federation, understands the pain of human loss and destruction more than anyone else.
Recognizing Israel's right to self-defense, we call for all possible measures to be taken immediately to de-escalate the violence. There is nothing more important than human life, so every effort should be made to stop the bloodshed and prevent new civilian casualties.
