Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 5173 “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Prevention of Corruption’ (On Improving Certain Aspects of Declaration)”.
The Law removes practical obstacles in the process of submitting declarations by persons authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government. This will allow bona fide declarants to avoid corruption-related offenses and the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption to act in the legal field. The task of the Law is to introduce a lower limit for the transfer of minority ‘voucher’ shareholders to securities management; exclusion of the requirement to indicate the account numbers on which the uncompensated savings of the Oshchad Bank of the USSR are accounted; creating an opportunity to indicate a number in the Unified State Demographic Register only if it is assigned to a person.
