Adopted as a basis the draft Law “On Amendments to Section II ‘Final Provisions’ of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine’ On Development of the Aircraft Industry ‘On Support of the Aircraft Industry’ on Continuing to Provide Ukrainian Airlines with a Transitional Period for the Transition to the Use of Domestic Aircraft”

Adopted as a basis the draft Law No. 5301 “On Amendments to Section II ‘Final Provisions’ of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine’ On Development of the Aircraft Industry ‘On Support of the Aircraft Industry’ on Continuing to Provide Ukrainian Airlines with a Transitional Period for the Transition to the Use of Domestic Aircraft”.

The purpose of the bill is to continue providing Ukrainian airlines with a transition period for the transition to the use of domestic aircraft (until January 1, 2025).
