Adopted the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Tourism’ to Expand the Range of Entities Providing Hotel Services”

Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 2673 “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Tourism’ to Expand the Range of Entities Providing Hotel Services”.

The Law “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Tourism’ to Expand the Range of Entities Providing Hotel Services” amends the Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Tourism’, setting out in a new version of the concept of the ‘hotel’, ‘hotel service’ and ‘similar accommodation’, as well as to the Article 19, providing an opportunity to apply for the installation of tourist infrastructure of the appropriate category not only by the owners but also by the users of the relevant real estate.
