Adopted as a basis the draft Law No. 4162 “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Tourism’ and Certain Other Legislative Acts on the Basic Principles of Tourism Development”.
The main purpose of the draft Law “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Tourism’ and Certain Other Legislative Acts on the Basic Principles of Tourism Development” is to create a legal basis for sustainable tourism development, create an effective system of interaction of all participants in tourism by introducing a state electronic information system containing information on all tourism entities and other information on tourism, creating an effective mechanism of state strategic planning, state supervision (control) in the field of tourism, statistical reporting, protection of the rights and legitimate interests of tourists.
