Adopted the Law of Ukraine “On Amending Certain Laws of Ukraine to Ensure the Citizens’ Right to Access to State Registration of Acts of Civil Status in Connection with Enlargement of Territorial Communities”

Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 4382 “On Amending Certain Laws of Ukraine to Ensure the Citizens’ Right to Access to State Registration of Acts of Civil Status in Connection with Enlargement of Territorial Communities”.

The Law of Ukraine “On Amending Certain Laws of Ukraine to Ensure the Citizens’ Right to Access to State Registration of Acts of Civil Status in Connection with Enlargement of Territorial Communities” grants the territorial communities created on the basis of cities of oblast subordination the powers in the sphere of state registration of acts of civil status: registration of birth, marriage, death.
