First Deputy Chairperson of the Parliament of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk told about the development of the IT program for governing the country.
"We will present the RBM (Results-Based Management) program. This is the IT country management program. Thanks to it, the President of Ukraine will be able to monitor the percentage of work done by politicians on a daily basis," explained Ruslan Stefanchuk.
The First Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of Ukraine added that each politician will have his own level of access to this program.
"The President will have exactly what he is interested in - his program, "fulfilled/not fulfilled." There will be a different level of access at the level of the Minister, the MP or the Director of the Department. In addition, there will be a rating of Ministers. And the decision on the Minister will be made, in particular, taking into account his place in this rating. This is fair," Ruslan Stefanchuk said.
