Adopted the Law of Ukraine “On Amending the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges’ to Regulate Certain Issues of Serving as a Court Guard”.
The Law of Ukraine No. 3935 “On Amending the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges’ to Regulate Certain Issues of Serving as a Court Guard” resolves a number of issues required for the functioning of the Court Guard Service, in particular, the period of working as a court guard will be included in the length of public service within the system of justice. The Disciplinary Statute of the National Police, the special procedure for military registration and the procedure for material liability for damage caused to the state will apply to the guards. The Law “On Trade Unions, their Rights and Guarantees for their Activities” will be applied to the CGS.
