Adopted the Law of Ukraine “On Amending Certain Legislative Acts to Ensure Phase-by-Phase Introduction of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System”

The Law of Ukraine No. 3985 “On Amending Certain Legislative Acts to Ensure Phase-by-Phase Introduction of the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System” introduced the UJITS subsystems (modules). The norms regarding storage of documents and evidence in paper form will be removed from the procedural codes – those issues will be governed in the Regulations on the UJITS. A court sitting will be recorded using an audiovisual recording device and court decisions will be posted in electronic form in accordance with a procedure to be developed by the SJA of Ukraine together with the HCJ of Ukraine after consultations with the Council of Judges of Ukraine.
