At the meeting of the inter-factional deputy association "For technogenic and ecological safety in the fuel and energy complex, railway and pipeline transport of Ukraine" the issue of renewal of railway rolling stock was discussed. Was discussed the financial condition of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia", in particular, on the prospects and ways to repay debts on loans, as well as repayment of debts to PJSC "Kryukiv Carriage Plant" for the delivered products.
In addition, the issue of renewal of rolling stock for
passenger transportation was considered.
The head of the inter-factional deputy association, MP
Serhiy Shakhov, noted that four billion hryvnias had been allocated from the
state budget for the purchase of new cars.
"I would like Ukrainians to travel on modernized transport, because this is the face of our state," he said.
In his opinion, orders for the supply of new rolling stock should be fulfilled by domestic plants.
The meeting was attended by MPs-members of the inter-factional deputy association, representatives of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia", as well as foreign companies interested in the supply of modern cars to Ukraine.
