During the plenary week, which lasted from April 13 to 16, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine held seven plenary sessions, at which it adopted 13 Laws of Ukraine:
- No. 5014 “On Amending Section ІI ‘Final and Transitional Provisions’ of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Amending Certain Legislative acts of Ukraine Aimed at Ensuring Additional Social and Economic Guarantees in Connection with the Spread of the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)’ (Regarding Certain Issues of Completion of the 2020/2021 Academic Year)”;
- No. 5187 “On Amending Certain Provisions of Laws of Ukraine ‘On Mandatory State Social Insurance’ and ‘On Rehabilitation in the Sphere of Public Health’ to Ensure the Exercise of the Rights of Insured Persons”;
- No. 4475 “On Amending Section IV ‘Final and Transitional Provisions’ of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Consumption Crediting’ (Regarding Credits Provided in Foreign Currency)”;
- No. 4398 “On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Restructuring Foreign Currency Credit Liabilities and Adaptation of the Procedures for Insolvency of Individuals”;
- No. 4399 “On Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine (Regarding Restructuring of Liabilities for Foreign Currency Loans and Adaptation of Insolvency Procedures of Individuals)”;
- No. 5138-1 “On Amending Paragraph 3. Section X ‘Transitional and Final Provisions’ of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Complete General Secondary Education’ to Expand the Opportunities for Transformation of the Educational Network and Protection of Participants in the Educational Process”;
- No. 5197-2 “On Amending Appendices No. 3 And No. 4 to the Law of Ukraine ‘On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2021’ to Support the Activities of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine”;
- No. 3364-1-d “On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Certification of Transmission System Operator”;
- No. 4535 “On Amending Certain Laws of Ukraine to Develop the Institution of Starostas”;
- No. 5327 “On Amendments to Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On State Awards of Ukraine’”;
- No. 3695 “On Amending Certain Legislative Acts to Provide Mother and Father with Equal Opportunities to Take Care of Their Child”;
- No. 4643-d “On Amending the Tax Code of Ukraine Regarding Collection of Taxes and Dues, Other Mandatory Payments in Cases When the Taxable Item is a Vehicle”;
- No. 4644-d “On Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine on Temporary Release of Customs Clearance of Translation Transmission”.
