Adopted the Law of Ukraine No. 5327 “On Amendments to Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On State Awards of Ukraine’”.
The Law of Ukraine was developed to perpetuate the memory of the outstanding Ukrainian scientist and organizer of science, Academician Borys Paton, by renaming the State Prize of Ukraine in the field of science and technology into the National Prize of Ukraine named after Borys Paton.
The Law amends the second part of Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On State Awards of Ukraine” concerning the renaming of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology to the Borys Paton National Prize, as well as bringing the terms into the line with the laws of Ukraine “On Complete General Secondary Education”, “On professional education” and “On higher education”.
