Adopted as a basis the draft Law No. 5173 “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Prevention of Corruption” (On Improvement of Certain Specifics).

The purpose of the bill is to eliminate certain practical obstacles in the process of submitting declarations by persons authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government.

In particular, the bill provides:

- introduction of a lower limit for the transfer of minority ‘voucher’ shareholders to securities management;

- exclusion of the requirement to indicate the account numbers on which the uncompensated savings of the Savings Bank of the USSR are accounted;

- creating an opportunity to indicate a number in the Unified State Demographic Register only if it is assigned to a person.
