Adopted the Law of Ukraine “On Amending the Code of Ukraine On Administrative Offenses to Establish Liability for Interference with the Conduct of Audits for Technogenic and Fire Safety”

The Law of Ukraine No. 3931 “On Amending the Code of Ukraine On Administrative Offenses to Establish Liability for Interference with the Conduct of Audits for Technogenic and Fire Safety” introduces administrative liability for creating obstacles to the activities of authorized officials of the central executive body that implements state policy on state supervision (control) in the field of fire and man-made safety, including those related to inspections.

A separate Article of the Law of Ukraine establishes administrative liability for creating obstacles to the activities of officials of the central executive body in charge of state oversight in the sphere of technogenic and fire safety, in particular pertaining to the conduct of audits.

Also, the Law of Ukraine No. 3931 “On Amending the Code of Ukraine On Administrative Offenses to Establish Liability for Interference with the Conduct of Audits for Technogenic and Fire Safety” allows police officers and officials to draw up protocols and courts to consider such cases; police officers will be empowered to perform administrative detention to identify the perpetrator.
