The Law of Ukraine No. 4543 “On Amending Section V ‘Final and Transitional Provisions’ of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Privatization of State and Municipal Property’ Regarding Privatization of Large Privatization Objects” is aimed at ensuring a number of preparatory, organizational and pre-sale activities of large-scale privatization objects and auctions of large-scale privatization objects.
