During the plenary week, which lasted from March 16 to 19, 2021, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine held six plenary sessions, at which it adopted two Laws of Ukraine and three draft Laws.
Adopted two Laws of Ukraine:
No. 4241 “On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine to Protect Debtors in Settlement of Overdue Debts”;
No. 5247 “On Amendments to Article 9-2 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Medicinal Products' concerning the State Registration of Vaccines or Other Medical Immunobiological Medicine under the obligation”.
Adopted three draft Laws:
No. 4475 “On Amending Section IV ‘Final and Transitional Provisions’ of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Consumption Crediting’ (Regarding Credits Provided in Foreign Currency)”;
No. 4398 “On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Restructuring Foreign Currency Credit Liabilities and Adaptation of the Procedures for Insolvency of Individuals”;
No. 4399 “On Amending the Tax Code of Ukraine (As to Restructuring Foreign Currency Credit Liabilities and Adaptation of the Procedures for Insolvency of Individuals)”.
