By the adopted Resolution No. 5133/P, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine included it in the agenda of the Fifth Session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of Ninth Convocation the Draft Law “On Amending Articles 85 and 106 of the Constitution Of Ukraine Regarding the Procedure for Appointment and Dismissal of Director of the Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and Director of the State Bureau of Investigations”.
The Draft Law “On Amending Articles 85 and 106 of the Constitution of Ukraine Regarding the Procedure for Appointment and Dismissal of Director of the Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and Director of the State Bureau of Investigations’ and Its Referral to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine” sent to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine for an opinion on its compliance with the requirements of Articles 157 and 158 of the Constitution of Ukraine.
