Adopted as a basis the Draft Law “On Amending Part 5, Article 45 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Preventing Corruption’ to Remove Uncertainty Regarding the Responsibilities of Members of Self-Government Bodies of the Bar to Fill out and Submit Declarations of Persons Authorized to Perform State or Local Self-Government Functions”

The Draft Law No. 3602 “On Amending Part 5, Article 45 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Preventing Corruption’ to Remove Uncertainty Regarding the Responsibilities of Members of Self-Government Bodies of the Bar to Fill out and Submit Declarations of Persons Authorized to Perform State or Local Self-Government Functions” proposes to clarify the list of persons who are members of competition, qualification, disciplinary commissions of non-governmental organizations of professional self-government for the purposes of financial control.

It is proposed to make appropriate amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Part 5 of Article 45 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Prevention of Corruption’”.
