The draft law No. 7346-1 “On Amending Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Automobile Transport” assigns support for organization of passenger transportation:
- on intracity, commuter and intercity routes not going beyond the limits of one territorial community – to the respective council’s executive body;
- on intercity and commuter routes passing through the territory of two or more territorial communities while not going beyond the limits of the territory Of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or an oblast, to the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or the Oblast State Administration;
- on intercity and commuter routes going beyond the oblast limits (inter-oblast routes) and on international routes, to the Ministry of Infrastructure;
- on the public bus route directly linking the city of Kyiv with the Boryspil International Airport, on the Kyiv City State Administration.
