The draft law No. 3624 “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges’ in connection with the introduction of labor accounting of an employee in electronic form” proposes to amend the Law of Ukraine “On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges” by deleting a copy of the employment record from the list of documents submitted by candidates for judges and candidates for members of the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
