Relevant amendments will be made to the Labor Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Employment" and some other legislative acts.
These changes delimit state, internal and public control over compliance with labor legislation; the grounds for prosecution for non-admission to the inspection, creation of obstacles in its conduct have been clarified; the deadlines for imposing financial sanctions for violations of the legislation on labor and employment of the population and the issuance of an order by the supervisory authority at the first commission of the offense; established administrative liability of officials of state supervision (control) bodies for issuing instructions, orders, tax notices-decisions, requirements and decisions on imposition of financial penalties, which are canceled in administrative or judicial proceedings, etc.
