- The draft Law No. 0078 “On Ratification of an Amendment to Article 24 of the Charter of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation”. Chapter VII of the Charter of the Organization of BSEC provides for the functioning of subsidiary organs and affiliated centers of such cooperation which are established upon approval of the Council of Foreign Ministers of BSEC Member States. In 2004, it was proposed that the body related to BSEC would be the International Black Sea Research Center – an international organization that will act as the analytical center for the Organization of BSEC and be managed by the Board of Directors consisting of citizens of BSEC Member States.
- The draft Law No. 0087 “On Ukraine’s Accession to the Interamerican Convention on Proof of and Information on Foreign Law”. The draft Law creates legal grounds for international cooperation between the Member States of the Convention for the purpose of receiving and providing legal information, in particular certified copies of texts of legal acts or judicial precedents as well as expert opinions from specialists in respective areas.
- The draft Law No. 0076 “On the Ratification of the Letter on Changes”. The draft Law allows regulating the issue of non-application of the provisions of the provisions of the Law “On Currency and Currency Transactions” (as regards using foreign currency for making payments in the territory of Ukraine) to loans granted by the European Investment Bank to Ukraine within the framework of implementation of projects of economic and social development of Ukraine supported by international financial organizations.
