Adopted as a basis the Draft Law “On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine to Support the Development of Domestic Industries of Subsurface Management”

The Draft Law “On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine to Support the Development of Domestic Industries of Subsurface Management” No. 3881 proposes to improve the legislative provisions, eliminate discriminatory differences that have arisen in Articles 182 and 272 of the Family Code of Ukraine.

The draft law proposes to amend the second part of Article 272 of the Family Code and to legislate the minimum amount of alimony to be levied on a child from other family members and relatives at least 50 percent of the subsistence level for a child of the appropriate age.
