Adopted as a basis the Draft Law “On Amending Certain Laws of Ukraine to Strengthen Social Guarantees for Persons with Disabilities and Children with Disabilities”

The Draft Law “On Amending Certain Laws of Ukraine to Strengthen Social Guarantees for Persons with Disabilities and Children with Disabilities” provides for strengthening social guarantees for people with disabilities and children with disabilities to ensure their further integration and reduce isolation in society.
The draft law No. 4113 proposes to give the right to persons with disabilities and children with disabilities to emergency services at any box office, enterprise, institution and organization of all forms of ownership and subordination, which provides any services to the population. It is also proposed to provide emergency admission of persons with disabilities, children with disabilities, persons with disabilities who go for treatment and persons accompanying persons with disabilities or children with disabilities across the state border of Ukraine, checkpoints of entry into and exit from the temporarily occupied territories.
