Members of the Committee considered the draft Law No. 3403 on amendments to Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Legal Regime of Property in the Armed Forces of Ukraine” prepared for the second reading.
This bill proposes to regulate the transfer of ammunition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to be disposed of to the institutions of physical culture and sports, the structure of which has a department for shooting and/or biathlon.
Based on the results of the consideration, the Committee decided to recommend to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, as a result of consideration of the bill in the second reading, to adopt it in the second reading and in general in the wording proposed by the Committee.
The Committee also previously considered the draft Law No. 3057 on the National Agency of Ukraine for Overcoming the Consequences of Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation, as well as some issues related to the implementation of the state defense order.
During the meeting of the Committee the presentation of the draft Law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Ensuring Equal Conditions for Women and Men during Military Service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and Other Military Formations” also took place.
The MPs heard the information of the heads of the working groups formed in the Committee.
