Adopted the Law of Ukraine “On Amending the Code on Administrative Offenses of Ukraine to Strengthen the Liability for Violation of Legislation in the Sphere of Protection of Natural Ecosystems Against Fires”

The Law of Ukraine No. 3755 “On Amending the Code on Administrative Offenses of Ukraine to Strengthen the Liability for Violation of Legislation in the Sphere of Protection of Natural Ecosystems Against Fires” proposes strengthening administrative liability, elimination of the disbalance between the factual amount of harm inflicted on the natural environment and the extent of sanctions, as well as increasing the efficiency of public administration and the performance of state oversight in this sphere.

The law is also aimed at improving the procedure for considering cases of administrative offenses in this area.
