From January 26 to 29, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted 10 Laws of Ukraine

During the plenary week, which lasted from January 26 to 29, 2021, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine held four sittings, at which it adopted 10 Laws of Ukraine.

Adopted 10 Laws of Ukraine:

- No. 4499 “On Approving the Decision of the President of Ukraine on the Admission of Units of the Armed Forces of Other States to the Territory of Ukraine in 2021 for Participation in Multinational Exercises”;

- No. 4586 “On Amending Paragraph 3, Section II ‘Final and Transitional Provisions’ of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Amending the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Rules of Procedure to Improve the Electronic Form of Document Management in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine’”;

- No. 3612 “On Democracy Through All-Ukrainian Referendum”;

- No. 3964 “On Amending Certain Laws of Ukraine Regarding the Renaming of the Fund of Social Protection of Disabled Persons and Aligning the Terminology With the Legislation in the Sphere of Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities”;

- No. 4414 “On Amending the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Procedure for Calculation of Convocations of Representative Local Self-Government Bodies (Councils)’ to Restore the Unified Procedure for Calculating Convocations”;

- No. 3087-д “On The Bureau of Economic Security”;

- No. 4090 “On Amending the Final and Transitional Provisions the Law of Ukraine ‘On Amending the Tax Code of Ukraine to Improve the Investment Climate in Ukraine’ Regarding the Timing of Coming into Force of Certain Provisions”;

- No. 4538 “On Amending Article 3 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Priority Directions of Development of Science and Technology’”;

- No. 4613 “On Amending the Law of Ukraine ‘On Medications’ Regarding State Registration of Medications Under Commitments”

- No. 4672 “On Amendments to Annex 3 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2021’ on Compensation in Relation to the Increase of Electricity Tariffs”.
