The Law of Ukraine No. 4538 “On Amending Article 3 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Priority Directions of Development of Science and Technology’” extends the officially established 2020 priority areas of science and technology in Ukraine to 2021 and providing the Government with appropriate instructions to bring regulations into line with this Law.
These include: fundamental scientific research on the most important problems of development of scientific and technical, socioeconomic, sociopolitical, and human potential to ensure Ukraine’s competitiveness in the world and sustainable development of society and the state; information and communication technologies; energy and energy efficiency; rational nature management; life sciences, new technologies for prevention and treatment of the most common diseases; new substances and materials.
