The draft law proposes to standardize the composition of land plots of farms and determine the range of recipients of state support through the Ukrainian State Fund for Support of Farms. The bill also contains provisions on the introduction of state support for farming, which belongs to young people under 35, to enable young people to implement their entrepreneurial initiatives and help stop the migration of young people from rural areas.
Also, at the meeting, the Committee members began consideration in the second reading of the draft Law “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts Concerning the Sale of State and Communal Land or Rights to Them (Leases, Superficies, Emphyteusis) through Electronic Auctions.” The bill aims to legally ensure the publicity and transparency of auctions for the sale and transfer of land plots of state and communal ownership, by conducting such auctions in the electronic trading system.
