In order to timely inform citizens about the strengthening of anti-epidemic measures to ensure proper preparation for such measures, Resolution № 4320 adopted.
According to the Resolution, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, in case of necessity of introduction on all territory of Ukraine or in the territory of separate region of a ban on:
- regular and irregular transportation of passengers by rail, urban electric transport, subway in urban traffic;
- visiting educational institutions by students;
- reception of visitors by business entities engaged in cultural activities;
- reception of visitors in cinemas;
- reception of visitors by bars, restaurants, cafes, etc.;
- reception of visitors in shopping and entertainment centers;
- reception of visitors by business entities engaged in trade and consumer services;
- leave place of residence
Is obliged to:
- publish the relevant decision no later than 7 calendar days before the ban;
- no later than 7 calendar days before the start of measures to submit to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine a draft Law of Ukraine on providing state support and benefits to the population and business entities that suffer negative consequences due to the intensification of anti-epidemic measures.
