The Committee called the bills non-contradictory to EU law:

 

- Draft Law on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts Concerning the Implementation of Decisions of the European Court of Human Rights No. 4048. The document proposes a number of amendments to the current legislation of Ukraine to resolve those issues that contradict the case law of the European Court of Human Rights.

 

- Draft Law on Amendments to the State Program of Civil Aviation Safety No. 4110. The document proposes to allow Ukrainians to use electronic passports during flights within Ukraine and to travel abroad.

 

- Draft Law on Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine to Ensure the Rights of Victims in Criminal Proceedings Concerning Criminal Offenses against Sexual Freedom, Sexual Immunity and Domestic Violence No. 4175. The purpose of the bill is to ensure the right to respect for human dignity, help reduce the latency of these offenses and increase confidence in the law enforcement system.

 

-  Draft Law on Amendments to the Final Provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Animal Feed Safety and Hygiene” in order to stabilize the animal feed market № 3672. The purpose of the bill is to create a system of state registration of animal feed in accordance with European standards.

 

-  Draft Law on Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Concerning Simplification of Examination Procedures, Registration of Plant Varieties and Seed Circulation No. 3680.

 

- Draft Law on Amendments to Legislative Acts of Ukraine Concerning the Permitting System in the Sphere of Economic Activity and Facilitation of Market Access No. 4219. The purpose of the bill is to create appropriate legal conditions for the implementation of the legally guaranteed freedom of entrepreneurial activity within the limits set by law, by narrowing the scope of state intervention in economic relations.

 

- Draft Law on Self-Regulation of Economic and Professional Activities № 4221.

 

- Draft Law on Amendments to Article 51 of the Merchant Shipping Code of Ukraine regarding the qualification requirements for crew members No. 3944. The bill proposes to determine the conditions under which seafarers have the right to obtain re-confirmation of their competence to work without passing examinations in state qualification commissions.
