The Committee on National Security, Defence and Intelligence considered the Bill No. 0069 on Ratification of the Protocol between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on amending the Memorandum of Understanding between Ukraine and the United Kingdom on the exchange and mutual protection of information with limited access in the area of defense. The Committee decided to propose the adoption of the bill in general based on the first reading.
The Committee considered the draft Law No. 2141 on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Pension Provision for Persons Released from Military Service and Certain Other Persons.” The Committee on National Security, Defence and Intelligence recommends returning the Bill for revision, as the adoption of this draft Law will have a significant impact on the State Budget of Ukraine, increasing its expenditures.
In addition, the members of the Committee considered the draft Law No. 3412 on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts on Improving State Regulation in the Area of State Aviation of Ukraine.
