The Budget Committee published the results of consideration of bills on their impact on the budget of Ukraine

In accordance with Article 93 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine” and Articles 27 and 109 of the Budget Code of Ukraine, the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on issues of budget considered 108 draft laws.

According to the decision:

- 54 bills have no impact on budget indicators;

- 54 bills have an impact on budget indicators. Of these – 33 bills have a direct impact (30 – reduce and/or increase revenues; 3 – increase revenues and/or reduce costs) and 21 bills have an indirect impact.

At the same time, 3 bills contain provisions that need to be harmonized with budget legislation and recommendations on them are additionally offered to the Profile Committee.
