The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov opened the special sitting of the Parliament.
The presiding officer notified the parliamentary chamber that the event was convened on demand of 158 Ukrainian parliamentarians.
MPs then proceeded to the business of the day.

228 MPs confirmed the pertinence of shorter submission terms for proposals to the bill “On amendments to some laws of Ukraine as to enhanced support for the electricity production from alternative energy sources”.
On e-tailing of drugs: Draft bill No.3615 (alt.3615-1)
The bill No.3615-1 “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On medicines’ (concerning electronic retailing of medicines)” was backed by 308 ayes on the first reading.
On greater aid to child centres: Draft bill No.3781
The bill “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On state support and features of functioning of child centres ‘Artek’ and ‘Moloda Hvardiia’’ concerning extra assistance to these centres during the adoption of measures aimed to forestall the emergence and spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19)” was adopted on the first reading by 352 members of parliament, and by 354 ones – on the second as law.
On higher bursary and financial aid to children: Draft bill No.2013
The bill “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On the organizational and legal framework for social protection of orphan children and children deprived of parental care’ (concerning higher bursary and annual financial aid)” was taken as law on the second reading by 351 ayes.
On e-cabinet and some ease for solopreneurs: Draft bill No.2524
The bill “On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine as to functioning of an electronic cabinet and streamlining the work of individual entrepreneurs” was approved as law on the second reading by 240 assenting votes.
On promoting sports and physical culture: Draft bill No.3550
The bill “On amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning the furtherance of the progress of sports and physical culture” was taken on the first reading by 330 ayes.
