The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov opened Tuesday’s plenary session.

The presiding officer notified that five days ago there was registered a new MP Serhii Yevtushok, who then joined the PP “AUA ‘Batkivshchyna’”. The newcomer swore the oath of allegiance before the Parliament.
The Conciliation Commission decided to change this week’s plenary timetable for Tuesday and Thursday (a 10-12 am plus an 12:30-3 pm laps) and Friday (starting from 1 pm there will be the entire time dedicated to MPs' requests, statements and speeches). This novelty was backed by 293 ayes.
The Chairman gave the floor to representatives of the parliamentary factions and groups to make their announcements, statements, and proposals.
MP Eduard Proshchuk spoke on behalf of two parliamentary factions about the floods and measures to be taken to overcome the aftermath.
MP Yuliia Tymoshenko spoke on behalf of two parliamentary factions. She called on MPs to vote against the bill aimed to legitimatize the gambling business.
It was announced that the parliamentary group “For the Future” has recruited three new MPs – Serhii Rudyk, Ihor Molotok, Anton Poliakov.
Parliamentarians then proceeded to the business of the day.

The document making changes to the agenda of the third session of the Verkhovna Rada of the IX convocation was backed by 242 assenting votes.
On gambling: Draft bill No.2285-d
The bill “On state regulation of activities in the organization and conduct of gambling” is under consideration. The work on the amendments will be resumed at the next plenary sitting.
The presiding officer closed the plenary sitting.
