Open for public debates is now the draft Law of Ukraine "On all-Ukrainian referendum".
In pursuit of the administrative decree No.2 of January 13, 2020, signed by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, there was set up a working team in charge of formulating draft laws aimed at developing the rule of the people.
Following the team’s work, there has been drafted the starter bill in a series of democracy-oriented statutes – the draft Law of Ukraine “On all-Ukrainian referendum”.
