The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov signed an executive order drawn up to ensure a smooth implementation of the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine aimed to improve the Verkhovna Rada’s electronic workflow".
Pursuant to the above law and rules, the VRU Secretariat (aka the Apparatus) is tasked to ensure during Rada’s third plenary session a proper processing of paper and electronic documents, as well as to fettle an appropriate and effective e-flow system bridging the entire VRU environment, i.e. the Verkhovna Rada itself with its secretariat and bodies.
The paper was inked to streamline accurate implementing the rules’ provisions in accordance with the above law and the e-parliament Strategy of Ukraine 2018-2020 approved by the Verkhovna Rada on July 5, 2018.
