On constitutional principles in energy and public utilities sectors

--Draft bill No.2490-1

MPs have considered the bill No.2490-1 “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding securing constitutional principles in the spheres of power industry and public utilities”. They supported the second reading of the statute by 265 assenting votes.

 

On changes in Ukraine’s customs code

--Draft bill No.2288

The second reading of the bill No.2288 “On amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine regarding stopgap application of Articles 470 and 481” was confirmed by 285 ayes.

 

On electoral code

--Draft bill No.0978

The code was reconsidered and upheld in extenso with the presidential proposals by 330 assenting votes.

 

On criminal group offences

--Draft bill No.2513

By 264 ayes, the parliament carried the first reading of the bill No.2513 “On amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding the amenability for acts of crime perpetrated by a criminal community”.
