The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov opened Tuesday’s plenary session.
The morning section
The Chairman gave the floor to representatives of the parliamentary factions and groups to make their announcements, statements, reports and proposals.
After the speeches, the Verkhovna Rada carried the agenda of the current meeting.

1.Bill No.2419 “On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding improving the structure of public customs and tax management policies”.
2.Bill No.2284 “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding a simpler raising investments and introducing new financial instruments” (including the draft bill No.2284-1 as the alternate).
3.Bill No.1182 “On inland water transport” (including the draft bills Nos.1182-1, 1182-2 as the alternates).
4.Bill No.0979 “On temporary investigating commissions and temporary special commissions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine”.

--Draft bill No.0976
MPs have reviewed the bill No.0976 “On state recognition and assistance of Plast – National Scout organization of Ukraine”. The draft bill was passed by 316 votes in favour.
Then, an extraordinary sitting of the agrarian
committee broke the course of the current plenary session. The Chairman of the Ukrainian parliament D.Razumkov closed
the morning section of Tuesday’s plenary meeting at this point.
