Speaker fancies that decentralization reform be up and running quite soon

“In our hands we hold today a practical opportunity to accomplish the de-centralization reform,” -- Dmytro Razumkov

The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov took part in solemn events on the occasion of the Local Self-government Day.

In his welcoming remarks to heads of local councils and communities, he stated that the parliament is fully prepared to support local authorities to elevate living standards of Ukrainians.

Among the most important challenges of the year as well as ensuing years, Dmytro Razumkov named it to be completion of the de-centralization reform in Ukraine.
