The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov opened Thursday’s plenary session.
The morning section
The Chairman gave the floor to representatives of the parliamentary factions and groups to make their announcements, statements, reports and proposals.
After the speeches, the Verkhovna Rada carried the agenda of the current meeting.

1. Bill No.2194 “On amendments to the Land Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts of Ukraine regarding improving the land-use deregulation and management system”.

MPs have considered the bill No.2144 “On amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine”. The statute was then approved by 282 votes in favour.
On 2020 state budget
--Draft bill No.2000
The parliament has reviewed the bill No.2000 “On the state budget of Ukraine for 2020”. The act was taken in tote as law by 280 ayes.
