--Draft bill No.1073
The Verkhovna Rada sanctioned the draft bill “On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding un-shadowing of settlements in the trade and service sectors”. The bill is thought to launch a compensation mechanism to recoup a consumer (a buyer) with the purchasing cost, an eCabinet-framed information system making it possible to authenticate a shopping bill (receipt, till slip, etc.) received by a buyer on-site, as well as a number of other innovations. The paper was upheld by 237 parliamentarians on its second reading.
On state support to Ukrainian cinema
--Draft bill No.1058
On its second reading, the parliament passed the bill “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On state support to cinematography in Ukraine’ regarding a state subsidy for partial refund of qualifying expenses a foreign filmmaking entity incurred in the process of filmmaking in Ukraine” by 252 votes. The bill was adopted due to the need for improving the mechanisms of state support to developing the Ukrainian cinema. The changes proposed should help attract investments and develop Ukraine’s film production infrastructure.
On military service and duty
--Draft bill No.1227
The bill “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On military duty and military service” regarding refining some issues of military service for citizens” was included in the agenda for further consideration. In particular, the bill extends the term of military contract service up to 10 years and introduces a number of other changes aimed at improving the qualitative and quantitative composition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The first reading of the bill was approved by 275 votes in favour.

By 272 ayes there was carried the second reading of the draft bill No.1059 “On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine regarding investment incentives in Ukraine”.
On organization of national defence
--Draft bill No.1011
The second reading of the draft bill No.1011 “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On defence of Ukraine” regarding organization of the national defence” was confirmed by 286 members of parliament.
On corrections to semiconductor products bill
--Draft bill No.1062
The Verkhovna Rada agreed on removing some inconsistencies in the draft bill No.1062 "On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine on improving protection of the rights to build semiconductor products", which had been adopted earlier.
On weapon employment by UArmy and SSTS
--Draft bill No.1224
The bill proposes to harmonize the terminology, as well as to legalize the use of military weapons and equipment in a special period. The first reading of the draft bill No.1224 “On amendments to certain laws of Ukraine regarding employment by the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the State Special Transport Service of military equipment, weaponry, and special means in a special period” was sanctioned by 278 Ukrainian parliamentarians.
On protecting intellectual property rights
--Draft bill No.1230
The draft bill No.1230 “On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding protection of intellectual property rights at transporting goods across the customs border of Ukraine” was taken by 255 parliamentarians on the first reading. This bill improves the image of Ukraine for introducing EU legislation and will also help cleanse the domestic market of counterfeit products, which oftentimes do not meet the established safety requirements.
