New Rada may launch a special comm on veterans’ affairs

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the ninth convocation shall be proposed to establish a temporary special commission on veterans’ affairs. The proposal was initiated at today’s PPG meeting.

This initiative must be subsequently voted on by the new Verkhovna Rada.

Yana Zinkevych, an MP from the European Solidarity Party, is seen to lead the would-be commission.
