The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy opened the Friday’s plenary meeting.
There were 229 members of parliament in attendance.
The presiding officer then informed that members of the Cabinet of Ministers, headed by the Vice-Prime Minister, the Minister of Regional Development, Building and Housing and Communal Services Hennadii Zubko were taking part in the meeting.
The questions hour began.
The presiding officer gave the floor to the Vice-Prime Minister, the Minister of Regional Development, Building and Housing and Communal Services Hennadii Zubko. The functionary reported at length on the decentralization reform and the development of amalgamated territorial communities (ATC).
Afterwards, the ministers answered the questions from the floor on making out a budget resolution for a period of three years, payment of wage arrears to colliers; appointment of a new customs management, reduction of tariffs for utilities, signing contracts with entities to extract Ukrainian gas, transit of Russian gas, de-oligarchization of gas business, increase of energy efficiency of the Ukrainian economy, costs of road (maintenance) and repairs, build-up of sports infrastructure, increasing costs of electricity for medium-sized businesses, prices for train tickets, development of Ukrainian tourism, poor supplies of defence products and involvement of some deputies therein, non-participation of a vice prime minister of Ukraine in the Ukraine-EU Summit, closing of gambling establishments, completion of the Okhmatdyt clinic, formation of the Zavodska ATC in the Poltava region.
The questions hour ended at this point.

The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy then apprised that members of the Cabinet of Ministers, headed by the Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroisman were taking part in the meeting. The Prime Minister Volodymyr Hroisman made his thank-you address to members of the parliament.
The speaker took stock of the work of the Verkhovna Rada of the VIII convocation.
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine A.Parubiy announced that the tenth session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the eighth convocation would be completed on July 19, 2019.
The presiding officer closed the meeting.
